Sidings are available for Pork, Chicken, Bangus, Squid and Smokey Steak Sisig variants. They’re truly delicious and hearty.
Open Faced Talong Con Sisig
Our original and latest creation: the Open-Faced Talong-Con-Sisig! This is our version of the famous open-faced sandwiches in the U.S. and the Relleno, a popular Spanish method of stuffing minced spiced meat into a deboned whole chicken or fish. The OFTCS is available in Pork, Chicken, Bangus, Squid and Smokey Steak Sisig variants. This specialty comes with Fried Egg, Atcharang Papaya, Sesame Pipino Salad, Fried Saging na Saba and Grilled Kamatis with Sea Salt.
Tofu And Mushroom Sisig
Sisig for the vegans! Crunchy diced Chinese Tofu with sautéed Button Mushrooms smothered with the freshest spices and mixed with our Sisig special sauce. it is served with hot plain rice. Certainly a new treat for the more health-conscious Sisig Hooray! patrons.
Our version of the Shanghai Spring Roll. Our Loompiang Sisig has a unique taste that will surely entice the palate of our diners. It’s pork Sisig filling combined with grated fresh vegetables and eggs, deep-fried to golden brown perfection. Match it with our sweet and spicy vinegar dip. Crispy, zesty and bursting with flavors!
